At Studio Élan, we want every order to arrive in beautiful condition and meet our quality standards. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.

Brushes

Brushes purchased from Studio Élan may qualify for a full refund within 14 days of the original ship date if the item arrives damaged or is found to have a manufacturing defect upon delivery.

Once the product has been returned a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Hair Extensions & Custom Hair Pieces

All halo extensions, toppers, and custom hair pieces are specially customized and color-matched to each client. Because of the personalized nature of these orders, all hair purchases are considered final sale.

If adjustments or alterations are needed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review your concerns and help determine the best solution.
