Welcome to Studio Élan. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any purchases made through Studio Élan. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Custom Nature of Our Products

Studio Élan offers custom halo hair extensions and related personalized products. Because each piece is selected, matched, and prepared specifically for the individual client, slight variations in color, tone, dimension, and overall appearance may occur. We make every effort to create a beautiful and natural blend, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as lighting, screen settings, natural hair variation, and the quality of photos submitted.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before processing begins. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any refund issued will be handled at our discretion and in accordance with the circumstances.

Final Sale Policy

Because our pieces are custom and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders. If there is a concern with your order, you must contact us within 3 to 5 days of delivery so we can review the matter. Any adjustment, accommodation, or support offered is at Studio Élan’s sole discretion.

Color Match and Client Responsibility

By submitting photos for custom color matching, you acknowledge that color matching is an interpretive process and may be affected by natural light, indoor light, camera quality, editing, and device display settings. Studio Élan is not responsible for dissatisfaction based solely on minor color variation or differences between digital appearance and in-person appearance.

Clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate, current photos and truthful information regarding their hair color, length, thickness, and goals.

Product Use

Studio Élan is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, alterations, chemical processing, heat damage, or improper storage or care after delivery. Any styling, trimming, coloring, or modifications performed by the client or a third party are done at the client’s own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, branding, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and visual presentation, is the property of Studio Élan and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Studio Élan first regarding any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation, including order details, communication history, submitted photos, shipping confirmation, and these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Élan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product at issue.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
