Thank you for shopping with Studio Élan. Because our pieces are custom and carefully prepared, please allow time for processing before shipment.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is $7 per order. Free shipping on orders over $150. We only ship to the USA at this time (no international orders).

Processing Time

Most orders require a production and preparation window before shipping. Estimated processing times may vary depending on product availability, customization needs, and order volume. Current estimated timing is: 2–4 weeks.

Delays

Studio Élan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Studio Élan is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Studio Élan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
